Baker in Chief, Sami, was on Scoff Quaff Channel Radio show earlier today with our latest Apple Crumble Cup Cakes and soon to be introduced Big Berry cake. This is a bigger version of the Berry cup cake, streaked through with our freshly made berry puree and topped with fresh blueberries – a cake to share! We will be launching this beauty in the next couple of weeks, so look out for it.
Jules Serkin and Dr. John were great hosts – thank you! Also on the show were Claire from Pure Kent with their award winning home ground flour and Nimisha from Nims Fruit Crisps. It wasn’t long before chatter between the three guests led to another cake flavour was being penciled into the Slim Sam’s recipe book! Claire gave us a bag of her lovely flour to experiment with, and maybe we can use fruit crisps as a topping! Exciting!
